Title in red and black with large woodcut showing St. John the Baptist within woodcut historiated architectural border; full-page woodcuts of the Creation and the Adoration of the Magi, half-page woodcut of Solomon, and column-width text illustrations throughout. Eusebian Canons printed in red and black on leaves [245]-[248]. [14], 317, [27] leaves, including blank R6; lacks final blank. Ruled in red throughout. Folio, 315x232 mm, late 17th-/early 18th-century calf, quite worn, front joint cracked and bonded; margins trimmed entering some headlines and sidenotes, intermittent marginal soiling and dampstaining, scattered other stains including spattered ink on the Eusebian tables, title and next leaf torn along outer margin and restored affecting title border, both leaves reinforced in gutter.
