A very attractive binding bearing the coat of arms of the Count of Artois (1757–1836), the future King of France under the name Charles X.
Gilded inscription around the coat of arms: Ch. Phil. Son of France, brother of the King, Count of Artois, Colonel General of the Swiss and Grisons.
