Biography: Maxime Blachère is an atypical artist from Savoy, now living near Lyon and present in 25 countries and several art galleries in Europe and the US. Maxime Blachère's universe is filled with humour and saturated colours. Self-taught and versatile artist, his sources of inspiration are multiple: comics, Pop culture, photography and of course Street Art. In tune with the Fluxus movement, he uses and mixes the codes of the circles that inspire him and artists he meets to give free rein to his imagination and deliver offbeat, sometimes naïve, sometimes subversive works, such as his series of works "Vandal is colour" where Maxime takes pleasure in virtually vandalizing urban landscapes around the world.
