Early mechanical toy comprising an articulated painted wooden figure dressed in period cloth clothing, mounted above a rectangular wooden case housing a key-wound clockwork mechanism. Figure features a carved and painted head, articulated arms and legs, cloth jacket and skirt, and applied textile cap. Condition: (Excellent). Dimensions: Assembled: 7 - 3/4" x 4" x 11".
