Diamond and sapphire open face pocket watch in 18k yellow gold, with (7) blue sapphires weighing approximately 0.44 total carats, (19) old mine and rose cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.16 total carats (I-1 clarity and faint color) and Swiss made wind movement, and acrylic crystal. Marked to dial and back of works 'Black Starr & Frost New York', '12865', and 'K18, '6121' to back interior of case.
