BLOW-UP (1966) FIRST FRENCH RELEASE POSTER, 1967, SIGNED BY VANESSA REDGRAVE
BLOW-UP (1966) FIRST FRENCH RELEASE POSTER, 1967
SIGNED BY VANESSA REDGRAVE 'WITH LOVE AND BIG THANK YOU X'
Art by Georges Kerfyser
63 x 47 in. (160 x 119 cm)
Mr. Sohal met Vanessa Redgrave in London. He told her that when he was a child he used to play in the same park as is featured in the film. She said 'you must be joking' and asked what park it was. Mr. Sohal said it was in Maryon Park. They then started to chat about Michelangelo Antonioni, and how he found the location whilst driving around in his Rolls Royce.
It is rare for anyone to have an original film poster signed, as the majority of signatures are on pieces of paper, photographs and video/dvd sleeves. It is unusual to have the film's poster with you when you try to obtain signatures.
