This BMW K1200 RS from 1998 has been carefully converted into a unique motorcycle that can’t really be put into one specific category. Frame and running gear have not been altered which is why the bike still has its good driving characteristics yet with tall handlebars and a leather saddle. Number of km before the renovation 93,396 and after the renovation about 100 km driven in order to test it. Crankcase oil, transmission oil, cardan oil, brake fluid and coolant replaced. Brake discs still within tolerance and are straight. New parts: Headlight Handlebars Risers Blinkers LED brake light LED taillight Handmade leather saddle Odometer Gasket crankshaft cover Gasket valve cover Crankshaft seal Rear mudguard Exhaust gaskets Handles Fuel pump Fuel pressure regulator Harley-Davidson tank. Front tyres 80% and rear 90% Black parts sprayed in matt-black and finished with a 2-part matt lacquer finish. The engine runs very well and the gearbox shifts fine. The exhaust is making a bit more sound now but nothing bothersome. Frame number: VIN WB 10544/V. VZA23005 Engine number: 124EA18972066s. Please note: the fuel pressure regulator is absent in some of the pictures because it was added later. The initials on the tank are easy to remove. The motorcycle has a Dutch registration, it is not known whether or not this vehicle can be registered outside of the Netherlands.
