Il 14 settembre 1954 viene richiesto il brevetto industriale in Italia; il 10 gennaio 1955 viene fatta la domanda di brevetto industriale al Patent Office U.S.A per un "Diwan with indipendently adjustable back and seat" che viene accolta il 20 novembre 1956. On September 14th 1954 an industrial patent was requested in Italy; on 10 January 1955 the patent application was made to the U.S. Patent Office for a "Diwan with independent adjustable back and seat" which was accepted on 20 November 1956.
