Braque acknowledges the receipt of his correspondent's cheque for 8000 francs and remarks 'Your letter has given pleasure and I am very happy to have another picture in Sweden. I hope with you that the future will be favourable for us. I think that this time the exchange rate has worked out well ..' One very small, extremely minor area of paper loss to the upper right corner, not affecting the text or signature, otherwise VG
