BREN LIGHT MACHINE GUN TRIPOD.

Tripod mfg. for use with the Bren light machine gun. Front of tripod is marked "N308", followed by various proofs and "42". Tripod exhibits an older reapplied green painted finish, save for on the T&E rail and mechanism, which is blued. CONDITION: tripod retains large amounts to the majority of its green painted finish, exhibiting scattered superficial marks from handling and storage, as well as scattered spots and patches of flaking that show through to an older green painted finish. Blued parts are very good, with some light to mild wear and thinning. PROVENANCE: Military Museum Collection of Shooters Outpost, Hooksett NH. (02-27725/MLW). NON-GUN. $300-500.
