Very rare to find, there are hardly any pieces left available The Brenham meteorite was found in 1882 in Kiowa County, Kansas. Long before Midwestern agriculture development It was found by early settlers, iron was being widely marketed and used by the Native American population. Pieces of iron meteorite, originally from the area of Brenham, have been found at archaeological sites throughout much of the eastern United States. Originally classified as an iron meteorite, the discovery of specimens with large olivine crystals by the Meteorite Society to finally refer to it as a pallasite At Expometeoritos, we take care of dissemination, talks, workshops, analyses, classification and exhibitions of meteorites.
