oil on canvas
101.5 by 76cm., 40 by 30in.

Condition Report:
Original canvas. Some faint traces of craquelure mostly in the green of the lady's kimono; otherwise the work appears in good overall condition.

Ultraviolet light reveals an opaque varnish. Some small spots of fluorescence in the upper right corner and by sitter's left cheek and hair but it is difficult to conclude if these are retouchings or the result of the artist's pigment. No obvious signs of any significant restoration.
