Reposant sur trois petits pieds, la bordure est rehaussée de deux anses en forme de 'U' inversé, la base porte une marque apocryphe de l'empereur Xuande: Da Ming Xuande wunian jiandu gongbu guanchen Wu Bangzuo zao ('fait par Wu Bangzuo, superviseur du Ministère des travaux, la cinquième année du règne de l'empereur Xuande de la dynastie Ming').
