BUFFALO POTTERY AMERICAN HISTORICAL CERAMIC PITCHERS, LOT OF TWO, comprising one low bellied pitcher having blue painted designs of George Washington and gilt highlights, and one tall pitcher having "John Paul Jones" written on interior of spout and images of Jones and ship on the sides. One with "SEMI-VITREOUS / BUFFALO POTTERY" and the other with "BUFFALO / POTTERY / UNDERGLAZE / WARRANTED / 1907". Buffalo Pottery Company, Buffalo, New York. First quarter 20th century.
Condition: Undamaged, except both with crazing; smallest with some losses to gilt decoration, and largest with some spots of roughness, as made.
Size: 7 1/4" and 9 1/4" H.
