Louis XV style, Paris, 19th century. The leather lining bears the signature of P. Bernard (Pierre Bernard, maître 1766).
Tulipwood in veneer, inlaid with reserves and fillets. Top lined with black, gold-impressed leather and edged in shaped bronze. Front with broad central drawer, with one smaller drawer on each side. Same, but sham arrangement on verso. Opulent bronze mounts and sabots. In part, using older elements. 1 key.

Leather, in part replaced. Wood, in part bleached. Requires some restoration.
