Underside is marked BURLEIGH WARE. Piece is hand painted. Circa 1930's Art Deco Burleigh Ware KANGAROO Jug. produced by Burleigh Ware in the 1930's. Kangaroos decorate the jug with a flowering tree forming the handle. Painted in yellow, orange, brown & red tones. Stands approximately 7 1/2 inches tall 7 inches deep with spout and handle 5 inches wide.
