"The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Georges de Latour Private Reserve is a bit subdued today and in need of further time in bottle to fully come around. Still, at this stage, the 2012 Private Reserve comes across as relatively delicate and understated. My sense is that the wine is still holding back much of its potential, but we will see.
