Superb burr elm and violet wood liquor cabinet with brass strips and a central cartouche still without engraving, This is the type of liquor cabinet known as a "crossbow" because it opens on both sides, allowing the baccarat crystal glassware to be displayed on all three sides. The glassware consists of 4 decanters with their stoppers and 14 glasses, some numbered and some with the old Baccarat label from the 19th century. The stoppers of the decanters are in diamond cut, numbered too, the decanters and the glasses keep the intact gilding and the engraving made with a chisel instead of acid which explains the great quality and the technique used at the time of its creation.
