Extremely rare Art Deco wine carafe in authentic Baccarat blown crystal, clear, transparent and sparkling. With its original flattened-ball stopper, engraved with a matching number This well-known and sought-after model was created in 1925 by the famous and brilliant designer Georges CHEVALIER (1894-1987) , who quickly became Artistic Director of the brand. Very delicate decoration made with hydrofluoric acid, composed of roses and stylised leaves (engraving "15213" ROSES) , typical geometric design found on the masterpieces of the Art Deco era. Around 1940. Signed. Total height: 24 cm approx. Excellent condition, internal friction at the neck due to the stopper, no cracks or chips. See the condition in the detailed photos.
