Bactrian Hard Stones battle mace

Very interesting and rare military stone battle club! This club head is made of a very hard reddish-brown stone (Granite?) , and has a cylindrical hole through the middle in which a wooden stem was fixed. The height is 6. 5 cm. The max. diameter is 6. 5 cm. The weight is 460 grams! Condition: Please see the photos for your own impression. Origin: Near East, Mesopotamia. Provenance: The seller of this lot hereby guarantees that this object has been obtained in a legal manner. Object was purchased by the current owner in 2021 from a Dutch Auction House.
