New York: Brentano's, 1927, 4to, copy no. 62 of 600 (American) copies, 30 colour plates with printed guards, some with silver highlights, illustrations within the text, rebound in modern cloth, green card slipcase, uncut, with a costume illustration by Bakst loosely inserted (which would originally have been the upper cover of the dust-jacket), one plate detached
