Baldur Greiner, born in 1946, after an apprenticeship as a sculptor and master's examination, first attended the Darmstadt School of Art and then studied at the Hamburg Art Academy with Prof. Gustav Seitz. A DAAD scholarship took him to Milan to Floriano Bodini. Baldur Greiner has been a freelance sculptor since 1974.
