Burmese polychrome carved wood sculpture of Quan Yin, depicting the goddess of Mercy wearing a foliate crown and necklace and draped in flowing indigo and gilt robes, the standing figure holding a pearl of wisdom in her right hand, the whole resting on a double lotus plinth, 36"h x 12"w x 9"d.
