Mounted to the front is a circular rotating wheel composed of four translucent plastic Fresnel-style lenses in red, blue, green, and orange. The segments are secured to a central metal hub with a wing nut and washer. The device is powered by a black two-prong electrical cord and is operated by a black rotary or push-button switch located at the rear of the housing. The back of the gray plastic housing is embossed with a copyright symbol followed by 2001 BANDWAGON, INC. and the phrase MADE IN CHINA below.
