Banksy advertised this exclusive work on his Instagram detailing a disused shop in Croydon which would show his art, the shop itself never opened but the exhibit could only be viewed through the window for two weeks from October 1 to 13 of October. The artwork has been screen printed on 50gsm paper which is very thin and delicate, the ripples in the paper are normal for this print and the rat is almost transparent on the reverse side due to the very thin paper it is printed on . The work is framed in good condition - The frame has micro-chips.
