Banksy’s “Peckham Rock” is a piece of concrete depicting a purported prehistoric figure pushing a shopping cart. This was placed in the British Museum in 2005, complete with an authentic information label, and lasted for three days before everyone realized something was wrong.

The reverse side contains a copy of the text from the information label that was originally placed with the wall art; leaving no space to write a personalized message or stamp.

This piece is part of a range to accompany the museum's exhibition objects: The Search for Dissent by Ian Hislop.
