Banksy (1974) - Rodeo Girl - (No Reserve)

[ translate ]

Artist: Banksy (1974)
Technique: stampa glicee
Signature: Hand signed
\r
Directly from one of the forty artists invited by Banksy to the Cans Festival (London 2008) "Rodeo Girl".
\r
BANKSY organized a stencil festival called “The Cans Festival in London”, on the weekend of 3-5 May 2008.
It took place in Leake Street, a road tunnel previously used by Eurostar under London's Waterloo station.
Banksy created a gift print (distributed via the POW gallery) that was given to people who contributed to the success of the Festival and those prints were produced in limited editions without numbering, signed on the right in pencil and with dedication on the left, the print is not numbered and represents one of Banksy's rarest prints.
\r
Some of the artists who participated in the festival are:
Vexta, Tom Civil, DLux, Vhils, C215, Blek Le Rat, Jef Aerosol, Lex-Sten, Lucamaleonte, Orticanoodles, Kaagman, Logan Hicks, Faile, Pure Evil, Eine, Banksy, Dotmaster, Btoy, Mr Brainwasher, Ben Eine
\r
Together with the print, an "Artist Brochure" is provided, an A5 format guide that each artist received upon arrival and which indicates all the procedures that the artists followed to create the festival. On the last page there are my personal data which are reflected in the dedication of the press.
