Check number 1160 is payable to "Peoples Gas" for "591.07"; check number 1161 is payable to "Con Ed" for "129.98"; and check number 1162 is payable to "Floral Fashions" for "Balloons for Election Day" in the amount of "108.75". All in the hand of Obama in blue ink and dated during the election for the first of his three terms as Illinois State Senator. Diagonally across each check, Obama pens "Bounced" in black ink.?
