Barack Obama Signed Envelope Addressed to Donald Trump at The Trump Org.

A printed United States Senate notecard bearing the letterhead "United States Senate, Washington, D.C." with Obama's bold, sweeping signature at the top right in black ink. Below, in printed text, the card is addressed to "Donald Trump, The Trump Organization, 725 5th Avenue, New York, N.Y. 10022."
