Bric del Fiasc is the most emblematic label of Enrico Scavino, one of the most innovative Barolo grape growers. Over the years he has revised some of his techniques, reducing the use of new, small wooden casks in favour of larger barrels. What remains intact is his love for the land and for owning some of the most important vineyards for the DOCG.
