2 portfolios each with 10 gelatin silver prints in original box, 1984. Agfa-Portriga-Rapid paper, Agfa-Rekord-Rapid-paper as well as Kodak-Ektalure paper. From 10 × 12,9 cm (10,7 × 13,4 cm) to 29,1 × 23,3 cm (35,5 × 27,7 cm). (3 ⅞ × 5 ⅛ in. (4 ¼ × 5 ¼ in.) until 11 ½ × 9 ⅛ in. (14 × 10 ⅞ in.)) 18 photos signed in the lower right margin or reverse with pencil, black felt-tip pen, blue and black ballpoint pen or in blue ink. One photo (Pap) with estate stamp, signature facsimile, as well as signed by Dr. Lemke Pap-Haulisch on the reverse. Another photo (Ehrlich) with estate stamp with signature facsimile on the reverse. One photo (Feininger) dated in pencil on the reverse (exposure and print). One photo (Bayer) dated in the margin lower right with blue ballpoint pen. One photo (Funkat) dated with blue ink, titled: „Glaskugel“ und annotated: „dessau-bauhaus" on the reverse. One photo (Straub) dated in pencil on the reverse (exposure and print) and titled: „Photogramm“. Each with edition stamp on the reverse: „BAUHAUS 20 PHOTOGRAPHS 1919–1933 Print Nr., portfolio no. /70, Publish ed by RUDOLF KICKEN GALLERY COLOGNE 1984“, therein in black ink numbered and editioned. Each mounted in mat. With two accompanying, printed title pages each with artist's index and work information as well as text by Suzanne E. Pastor, thereupon edition number in black ink. Together in blue-grey original linen-covered box (52,3 x 41,5 x 4,5 cm) with grey title imprint: „BAUHAUS“ on the cassette cover. The prints were made from original glass negatives and intermediate negatives by Gerd Sander, André Gelpke, Ulrich Görlich, Jutta Rößner and Jan Hnizdo. Copy artist proof of an edition of 70 + 30 a.p. editioned copies, ed. Galerie Rudolf Kicken, Cologne 1984–85. Original box with light handling marks. [2038]
