single leaf, some staining to top-right hand margin, some small closed tears to edges (not affecting image), press signature and number '500' along the lower edge, mounted, c. 260 by 350mm.

A copy of this rare print last appeared at auction in 2014 (Christie's, South Kensington, 11 April 2014, lot 207, realising £7,500), together with two other prints of Mecca and Medina from the same press.
