Signature: Titled "Self Porait" and dated to side of vessel; signed and dated "Beato 1989" to underside; retains Garth Clark Gallery Los Angeles paper label numbered "283" to underside
Condition: Excellent original condition. Several areas of heavy cracking to the surface, which has likely been extant since the creation of the work, but the matte glaze appears stable. A few minor losses to the glaze to upper right arm of figure, side of bottom element, and area where the two parts come into contact. Some dust accumulation to crevices. One extremely minor paint transfer mark to side of top element.
