Belgian Browning SA Grade II Nickel Finish Semi-Automatic Rifle in .22 Long Rifle
Made in Belgium by Browning in 1958. Rifle has a blued round 19-1/2" steel barrel with bead pedestal front sight and rear early wheel sight in .22 Long Rifle caliber with Browning St. Louis address and standard barrel markings. The rifle also has a nickel finish Grade II engraved receiver with a crossbolt safety and gold-washed trigger. Also has a walnut checkered pistol grip stock with serial numbered "5967" matching blued steel serrated buttplate; and walnut swelled checkered forearm. CALIBER/GA: 22 LR. S/N: 5967. Condition
95% overall blue with light edge wear. Cleaned bright action finish with trigger still showing most of gold wash. 95% + re-applied wood finish with sharp checkering and some small handling marks. The takedown ring is slightly loose and needs attention.
