Superb double-barrelled percussion pistol with superb walnut burr butt with silver crest. Ornamental carvings on both sides and on the top. Mechanism and spring in good condition, except for one hammer that works but does not hold the notches well. In very good condition for its age. Double barrel that can be unscrewed (very sought-after) , wide grooved barrels with 4 rifling marks. Visible ‘ELG’ hallmark and markings, and the hallmark ‘PF’ in an oval with crown. Trigger guard with a beautiful engraving. Very beautiful collector's item.
