Large, imposing revolver from H. MALCHAIR, gunsmith in Liège Works with double action and single action. Hallmarked ‘ELG’ and ‘U’ with crown. Powerful springs and clear percussion. Barrel faceted, then round, 12 cm long, with very beautiful rifling marks and marked ‘ACIER FONDU’. Chambers in very good condition and No. 28 All parts except for the round barrel engraved with arabesques. Decorated stock, with its ring. Trigger with trigger guard. The closing of the gate does not work, but does not in any way impede shooting; it must be missing a part that was meant to be welded to fit inside the hole.
