biography:

Member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1970, famous Ukrainian painter, was born on December 2, 1925 in the village Maryanovka, Dnepropetrovsk region. He graduated from the Dnepropetrovsk State Art College in 1951, where his teachers were T. Drozdova and M. Panin. He participated in the Second World War where he was awarded the Order of the Great Patriotic War, medals of the I and II degrees. He lived in and worked in the city Krivoy Rog until 2004. He participated in numerous European, Oriental, Ukrainian painting exhibitions and exhibitions of the Alliance of Artists. He is known as a master of industrial landscape and portraiture. He died in 2004. The artist's works can be found in numerous private collections in Ukraine, Russia and many other European and American countries.
