Condition Report:
The work is in good overall condition as viewed. There appears to be a pinpoint discoloration on the lower left quadrant, which does not affect the overall appreciation of the artwork. There is a negligible pinpoint paint loss on the lower center quadrant, close to the staircase. There are a few negligible craquelure towards the center, underneath the roof. There is an abrasion on the lower right edge, which is presumably part of the original condition. There are two pinpoint pinholes on the upper left and right edge, which is presumably part of artist's original working method. Examination under ultraviolet light reveals no signs of restoration as viewed. Framed dimensions: 152 x 111.5 cm.
