Condition Report: All three have an artist stamp lower recto. Two are taken from a sketch pad with holes at top and taped to backing board at top. Third piece is paper mounted to board. Some have light creases and light surface soiling. Each matted. Work mounted to board has small areas of paper loss, primarily on corners, with time toning to paper. Condition reports are rendered as specialist opinion by the staff of the Auction House and/or independent consultants and not as statements of fact.
