Barere, membre de la chambre des représentants,” one page, 7 x 9, June 16, 1815. Untranslated handwritten letter to Jacques Leroy de Saint-Arnaud, "General d'Arnaud, Commandant L'Hotel des Invalides." Addressed on the integral leaf in Barere's hand. In very good to fine condition, with a few minor stains and seal-related loss to the address leaf. Accompanied by an engraved portrait.
