Biedermeier Bookmatched Walnut Seven Drawer Chest

German, 19th century, rounded rectangular overhanging top above a conforming case, highly figured, fitted with an incurved frieze drawer over five further drawers and a narrow base drawer, on molded bracket feet, highly figured walnut bookmatched veneers, dovetailed construction, gilt bronze drawer pulls and mounts, 57-1/2 x 42 x 20-1/4 in.
