Condition Report: In generally good condition. Minor scratching to varnish on top. Top three drawers run smoothly but bottom drawer sticky. Side panels with minor filled vertical age cracks. Apron probably added later, and feet possibly cut down, with evidence of old worming. Structurally sound. Four keys. Notwithstanding this report or any discussion concerning condition of a lot, all lots are offered and sold "as is" in accordance with our conditions of sale.
