Condition Report: Slight wear to the cloth, rubbing and fraying to ends of spine and corners of boards; toning and occasional foxing, particularly to blank leaves at front and rear, rear blank page has some small holes along edges; map has 1 inch edge tear, and some miniscule tears at intersections of folds, plus one repaired tear on bottom margin, no loss; about very good.
