Very rare, exceptionally large Adan ancestor figurine of the Ewé people of Ghana. This Adan statuette with carved eyes and wearing a piece of fabric around its body is extremely rare; it shows many signs of use in rituals, including the accumulation of white kaolin and other pigments (collector's item) . Height without base: 43 cm Ewe fetishes are ritual objects of the Voodoo cult, used by the Ewe people. These figurines are responsible for interceding with various divinities invoked to offer protection, luck and prosperity to followers.
