Attached pleated waistband; interior petersham waistband with hook-and-eye closures. Midi-length bias-cut layered skirt with sawtooth hemline. Zippers and hook-and-eye closures at back waist. Fully lined.

The overall condition is good to very good, in consideration of the vintage nature of the garment. Faint discoloration around exterior edges of halter neckline, as well as some light wear/fraying to chiffon outer layer. Faint discoloration throughout bodice. Minor fraying along hemline.
