Hardcover bound with a quarter-leather spine, 8.75 x 11, signed and inscribed on the title page in ink to his USIA director, "To Joe Duffy, with thanks, Bill Clinton, Christmas 1998." In very fine condition. Includes eight unsigned volumes bound in the same manner: the editions for 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1999, and 2000, plus The Selected Speeches of First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton (1996). These specially bound, limited edition volumes were made as special presentation copies to be distributed to staff as Christmas gifts.
