Booklet entitled "State of the Union/ Address to the 106th Congress, Second Session." 12pp, 6.5" x 10", Washington, DC, January 27, 2000. Signed on the front wrapper in black felt tip, "Bill Clinton", above the gold embossed seal of the United States. The signature was obtained in person by noted autograph collector Douglas Wertman (1948-2026) during the President's Picnic held on July 29, 2000. Together with an original invitation and three color photographs of Clinton from the event. Program exhibits very minor toning and edge wear. Otherwise, near fine.
