With engraved portrait frontis, folding facsimile, and folding letterpress table to first volume. Handsomely bound by Nutt, Cambridge, in full morocco, gilt dentelles, a.e.g., with crests in gilt to spines and front/rear boards, with motto "Aul Trin Cant." Front pastedowns with engraved armorial bookplates of Alfred Ainger.
Condition Report: Some small scuffs or rubbing mostly to spines/hinges, first volume discreetly rebacked with original spine panel laid on, hinges of third volume with some short cracks, third volume also with small area near top of rear board with darkened area (likely a stain, may not be noticeable in photography.) Contents are clean throughout. Very Good overall, bindings would benefit from light cleaning and retouching.
