Lot of 7 pairs of silver clasps and catches (incl. one duplicate), 18th cent., various sizes, between ±6x3 cm. and ±9,5x2,5 cm., various techniques and designs, i.a. decorated w. floral decorations, w. a heart or w. the monogram ''IHS'', i.a. w. engr. "1748'', ''G.V.N.H.'' and ''B'' on inside clasps, each pair divided into 2 loose parts.
- Sl. oxidized.
= Comprises i.a. one clasp probably by P. Kuypers, w. shell shape and ''L'' on the inside (B. van Noordwijk, Zondags Zilver, p. 35) and one clasp hallmarked w. the city mark of Amsterdam (L.B. Gans, Goud en zilvermerken van Voet, p.XXX). Total weight of the lot 180 grams.
