A pencil-signed and titled view of the famed rock formations at the Garden of the Gods in Manitou, Colorado, alternately titled The Great Cathedral, executed on cream wove paper. Framed to archival standards in a wooden frame with an acid free mat and museum mount by the American Legacy Gallery in Kansas City, Missouri, measuring 37 7/8" x 27" in total.

Condition Report: Not removed from the frame. Appears to be in very good condition. Very mild overall toning from a previous mat that doesn't quite reach the sight edge of the current mat. Gentle rippling at the top of the sheet.
